【研究领域】

近年来主要围绕海洋富营养化发生原因和富营养化生物控制技术,从海洋生态学角度,研究微生物、藻类及大型生物的相互作用、生物多样性及其消长规律,开展基于生态系统的海洋管理模式研究,近期研究方向聚焦如下:

1.海洋微生物生态学:微生物群落组成和转录表达的动态变化及其在富营养化评估中的作用;严谨反应对藻类生理及藻华发生的调节作用;

2.基于生态系统的海洋管理:海洋生物原位观测技术的开发;海洋生态模型;及海洋生物在海湾富营养化中的控制作用。

主持和参加国家及省部和深圳市项目多项,发表研究论文近百篇,获得省部级科技进步奖多项。
