On the morning of Apr. 27th, Ms. Du Xiaojie of Schwarzman College welcomed the GSST delegation and introduced the history, philosophy, culture, and infrastructure of the College. A Q&A session followed, in which GSST students inquired further about cultural exchange in the College. After, the students led heated discussions about current world events, sharing their opinions on topics covering international relations, technology, and morality.

This visit to the Tsinghua Main Campus coincided with this year’s Ma Yue Han Cup, an annual school-wide sporting competition held in honor of Tsinghua professor and physical education pioneer Ma Yuehan. Showing their enthusiasm and school spirit, 9 GSST students joined dozens of others in the preparations for the opening ceremony and sporting events.
