【研究领域

 主要从事光学成像方法及其在生物医学应用方面的研究,具体研究领域包括偏振散射成像原理,偏振光与生物组织相互作用模型,偏振散射成像在癌变检测方面的应用等。目前主持科技部国家重点研发计划-重大科学仪器设备开发项目课题一项:颗粒物特异性表征和源识别的偏振光学模型算法与系统优化;国家自然科学基金青年基金项目一项:与样品取向无关的偏振光散射多波长成像方法及应用研究;深圳市科技研发资金国际科技合作项目一项:偏振内窥及临床应用研究。已结题中国博士后科学基金一项:上皮组织早期癌变的穆勒矩阵偏振光成像参数研究。以主要成员身份参与国家自然科学基金项目三项:国家自然科学基金国家重大科研仪器研制项目-模块化穆勒矩阵显微镜及其典型临床应用演示;国家自然科学基金面上项目-偏振组织光学模型与偏振成像病理诊断方法研究;国家自然科学基金面上项目-癌变组织穆勒矩阵与现场诊断方法研究。
