【研究领域】

主要从事抗肿瘤细胞小分子化合物的设计、合成及活性研究,具体研究方向如下:

1. 以DNA及DNA相关酶(拓扑异构酶、DNA修复酶)为靶点的化合物的设计、合成及活性研究;

2. 基于Pokemon信号传导通路的抗肿瘤化合物的设计与合成;

3. 基于计算机辅助的高通量筛选系统的抗肿瘤药物研发;

4. 表观遗传与抗肿瘤药物研发。
