【个人简历】

1997年9月-2001年6月   河南工业大学微生物发酵工程专业本科毕业

2001年9月-2004年6月   河南工业大学农产品加工与贮藏工程专业硕士毕业

2004年9月-2008年7月   清华大学生物学专业博士毕业

2008年10月-2010年12月  清华大学深圳研究生院博士后研究

2011年1月至今   清华大学深圳研究生院讲师

 

【研究领域】

研究方向为肿瘤化学生物学,主要从事肿瘤细胞发生生长机理、肿瘤细胞代谢调控、细胞凋亡信号转导途径及抑制肿瘤细胞生长的抗癌药物研究。

以主要研究人员参与的研究有:肿瘤发生相关基因调控关系的研究,Pokemon、Survivin与 MDR1基因在肿瘤细胞中的调控通路机理研究;肿瘤细胞的代谢差异变化及相关代谢标记物的识别鉴定;小分子化合物诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡信号途径的研究,磷酰化肽诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡的机理;针对特定靶点的药物筛选,抗肿瘤药物活性筛选及构效关系研究。2005年至今,参与国家级科研项目4项。近五年来以第一、二作者和通讯作者发表论文12篇,其中SCI收录10篇,中文核心期刊1篇,国际会议论文1篇。发明专利一项。
