Shenzhen Mayor Xu Zongheng along with top officials, visited the University Town of Shenzhen on June 2nd, to inquire about the institutional mechanisms for reform on issues such as research and system of the University Town.

The Mayor gave full acknowledgement to the achievements of the four graduate schools of the University Town during the past seven years. He recognised the positive effect the University Town has had in advancing the development of the city as an innovative one, and remarked that the achievements of the four universities proved that the development pattern and direction of the University Town was confirmed and worthy of compliment.

Xu Zongheng extended sincere thanks and respect to the four graduate schools of the University Town. He also promised that the Shenzhen Government would continue to provide full support to the graduate schools of the University Town and sincerely hoped that with the efforts from all sides, the University Town would become more beautiful, more energetic and more influential.
